Hi we'be moved into an affordable apartment bought from fingal and have been in it a month. The development has been there and empty for bout a year. We did a snag and some things were sorted, etc etc. But things are now "settling" and we've finding that skirting boards are starting to come away from the walls and the bath has sunk slightly so that the sealant around the bath is coming away,etc. Woudl i have any comeback with fingal as this is a new place. I understand theres going to be imperfections but for a new place its really annoying.
