Hi all, was just wandering about ard na ri in banduff, did anyone go for viewings or buy a property in that estate, looks nice but price is 240,000 for 3 bed semi seems a bit expensive in current market.
Think carefully before you commit. Be aware as well that you will be liable for a clawback if you sell and that Cork City Council has a policy of requiring successful applicants to pay rent for a period before they are allowed to sign contracts.
hi kazana are you sure about cork city council requiring applicants to pay rent ive never heard of this. is this from your own experience? kazana you seem to be fairly clued in to cork city councils affordable housing (viewed previous threads) do you have a theory on why ard na ri prices havent seemed to drop since they were first launched through a/h in comparrison to lios rua same location but houses in lios rua dropped from 225 to 205,000.
