Aer Lingus reimbursement

I was stranded in Lanzarote last week so I kept my receipts for the accommodation and meals and I'm just wondering does anyone know what address I send them to to be reimbursed?
Is it Aer Lingus Customer Care Unit, Aer Lingus Head Office, Dublin Airport.

The precise address on their site is: Aer Lingus Customer Relations, Volcanic Ash Disruption, Head Office, Dublin Airport.

Or you can fax it to 01 886 3832.

Apparently you don't send your receipts straight off. The form says that a customer services agent will contact you and "you may be asked to forward your original receipts for items we are prepared to reimburse".
