I have a mortgage on my property but live abroad it is rented out but i would like to switch to interest only if possible, are lenders open to switching to interest only,I have a tracker which i am sure i will lose and have no problem with that as the mortgage is quite low, My question is I would like to switch for as long as possible so i am wondering what would the maximum period i should request or is there a limit on this, thanks in advance.
