Hi all, i am moving home from Switzerland early next year with the hopes of possibly starting my own exercise classes. (i am not giving anything away, but lets just say, the techniques work!)
However, i am in the process of trying to determine the who's, the where's and the why's - basically what women and men want from an exercise class.
I would be most grateful to you all if you would take this short questionnaire i prepared to give me a few insights as to the situation/mindset in Ireland during this difficult economic time.
