300k deposit,new business/returned emigrant,hope to borrow 350k-tips appreciated? therefore unknown to the bank, have started a new business with no accounts so far naturally, (can show earnings from overseas), any lender / branches with a more progressive view of such an unusual creditor (3 young children means I hope to avoid rent):eek:
 
Lenders here based loans solely on affordabilty rather than equity based (self certification) loans. Having said that if you can show a good income stream from overseas and you have set up in the same line of business with the same customers or contracts there may be a case to be made.
