Currently the property is heated by LPG and boiler is at end of life plus piping suspect.Its well insulated and wonder if air to air is worth considering.Im not interested in underfloor heating.Anxious to hear from anyone that went this road.

Just a note, you do not need underfloor heating to use a air to water heat pump. I have an air to water heat pump with old (1970's) radiators and it works great. However my radiators are massive, probably twice the size versus standard.
E.g. Bedrooms are 600x1900mm single panels
Downstairs are 600x1500mm double panels
