2 claims at the same time ?

hi
we had a fire in our business it was electrical our claim is still on going 9 months later .
we had to move out our contants are still under cover with the insurance .
I have lost a stone from my engagement ring , what i would like to know can i put another claim in while there is one still ongoing ?
can any one help me ?
as i dont want to mess up the claim that is on going .
can any one help me on this ?

Hi,
As long as you have all risks insurance you can make a claim for the ring and it should have no additional impact on your insurance
