1st time letting : Residential Lease

Hi

I am letting my PPR for the first time (moving away due to work commitments) and I am looking for a copy of a standard 12 month lease. Is there anything available online??

Also do I need register as a landlord??

Yes you need to register with the PRTB (www.prtb.ie). You can probably get a standard lease there as well.
