I singed up for Pinergy a month ago for 2 reasons.
1. 3 hour 7c EV rate
2 FIT for solar of 25c
Month 1 experince
App is only access to account for domestic.
The setup only asks 2 questions
EV and 3 in my household.
Pinergy took 300 quid month 1 and will now do the same for month 2 and 3 before changing.
I checked with ESBN my NC6 is in and good.
I still can't see a bill / invoice for last month 0ver a week after the money being taken
I talked to someone on the phone.
Several times I was told I signed up for this. My own fault.
I was told there is little that can be done to change.
Over the summer with my panels I would expect to be 900 in credit before anything changes.
Questions
Is this others experience with Pinergy ?
Can I fix this or just wait out the 3 bills?
Can others see the bill on the App?
