BFF Deposit term Withholding tax

My account with BFF, Spain/Italy? (Raisin Bank) matures in two weeks. I need some help understanding how I declare the interest earned. I gather BFF will deduct the withholding tax before they credit my account. How do I avoid being taxed again in Ireland? Also, when and how do I declare the interest earned on my investment?
