Hi all, I'm a young widow with two young children. When my husband passed away 19 months ago our family homes mortgage was paid off and was left solely to me in my husbands will. Probate has been granted. My question is, I'm seriously considering moving home, staying in same area to keep kids in their routine with school etc but to a new home for a fresh start. If I sell the family home would I have to pay any CGT? Thanks for your advice
