A quick google tells you this is a scam. A quick read of the email will confirm it.

The required PIN is already given in the email.

That, or forms of it have been doing the rounds for years. Why would Yahoo, Microsoft or anyone else want to pay you for simply using the internet??? I find it hard to believe anyone could fall for this.
