Hi I used to work full time in my job and when I had my child I only went back part time. Now I am looking to go back to full time however the work is not there. Would I be entitled to claim the dole for the days I am not working?
You will need a letter from your employer to state that you have sought to go back full time and that they are not able to full fill the request to start off with. I would imagine if you are actively seeking and available for work be it any job you should be entitled.
