Working from UK but solely Irish clients

Am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I work in B2B sales at quite a senior level and because of personal circumstances I am moving to the UK and am going to set myself up as a sole trader and freelance for a couple of key clients. Do I register the company in Ireland or in the UK? I will be paid into an Irish bank account and will be dealing with Irish companies but will be resident full-time in the UK so I am not sure what the best way to go about it is. And am I liable for tax in both countries seeing as I'm only domiciled in one yet earning and not resident in another? I'm confused and any help would be really appreciated or a point in the right direction as to who may be able to help! Thanks in advance!

If you are a sole trader, and tax resident in the UK, you are likely to be taxable only in the UK, but this will depend on your circumstances.

You should seek professional advice as this is a complex area.
