I'm looking into claiming tax back for utilities bills while working from home.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows where you stand if you pay equaliser payments and want to claim back. So basically I used to pay an agreed amount each month for the gas and electricity to Electric Ireland as opposed to a different amount every two months. It was calculated based on usage the previous year and in the end there was only 20 in the difference between total actual bills and set monthly payments over the year. Is it ok to just upload the bills issued from Electric Ireland even though I paid monthly?
