Both PC's have the same version of Office - Office 2000. This has happened to me a few times, so I'd doubt if the file is corrupt and I have tried different floppies.

B Bootdog Registered User Messages 129 24 May 2005 #3 It could be an odd font that is not installed on the second machine. You could also try to save the file as an rtf file (Rich text), not as fancy as a proper word doc, but might at least be readable!
