Wooden Floors Buckling

My wooden floors are buckling caused by the heat from a condenser dryer outlet which is near the floor. Has anyone ever experienced this? They are semi-solid, about 2 years old and run throughout the ground floor. They are fine everywhere else. The effected part is about 3 ft square.

Shouldn't semi-solid floors be expected to withstand these conditions? I'm not sure whether to go back to the supplier or not.
