Wooden Floor: Nationwide Tiles good value?

Nationwide Tiles and Bathrooms in Beacon Centre currently offer solid oak flooring at €45/sq m. This equates to the price charged by other shops for semi solid oak flooring. Does anyone know if this is a good product or is there a catch somewhere?

Hi,

I got solid oak wooden floors from Brooks Thomas for Eur34 PSM about a month ago. They did have a sale on at the time though, so this price may not still be available. I did think that the quality of their floors was better than Nationwide Tiles though.

Also, Brooks is the trade end of Tubs and Tiles, so you can go to a TnT show room, see a floor you like, get the product code and then see if Brooks do it cheaper. Although Brooks work with trade a lot, they do sell to the public.
