Wogan interiors for carpet; how's the service?

I got a quote for a specific Axminster carpet from Arnotts on Saturday and got quoted Eur25 psm less in Wogan Intereriors for the same one. This will mean a saving of Eur500.

While it seems like a great saving I know from past experience that Arnotts customer care is really good but Wogans is an unknown quantity.

Anyone have any experiences with them that they'd care to share?

I've been shopping with Wogans for years and I've not had any problems with their service. From beds/furniture, to carpets, sofas... Couldn't fault them with anything. HTH.

Used Wogans to carpet my new home when I moved in, and no complaints. However my sister who had purchased a 2nd hand home, and had to remove the stuff left by the previous owner was left with the old carpet to dispose of, which she hadn't reckoned on.
However we were told afterwards that apparently one of the fitters has links with SVdeP and would have taken it (as it was in good nick), to be recycled for someone who could use it. I'm going on 2nd hand info here, so can't guarantee that this is true.
But I'm a happy customer.
 
No company I've used removed old carpets for me. Is it the norm for companies to take away old carpets?
 
I've re-carpeted several rooms in several homes over the years, and have always had to have the room completely empty (of old carpet & furniture). No carpet shop I've dealt with ever offered to take away old carpet - I usually cut it up, and save it until I'm getting a skip.
