Wireless Broadband + TV

I have recently moved into a new apartment. Im in the kilkenny area and have been told that the apartment is not wired for cable TV or broadband.
Im thinking about Sky for the TV.
Any advice on what type of broadband i could get as I do not have a phoneline.
