Wine Tasting/Appreciation course

Can anyone recommend somewhere to do a wine tasting/apprecaition course...preferably in the Knocklyon/Firhouse/Templeogue area?
 
The Wine Development Board of Ireland run a good course, they use a number of venues around the city centre, the Plaze Hotel in Tallaght, as well as their own premises in Dun Laoighre (along with a number of other locations nationwide).

I did this a couple of years ago and found it both entertaining and informative. It costs €225 for a 6 week course.
