Can anyone tell me if black windows are prone to discolouring with sunlight?My patner wants black, I think cream Coloured windows would be better? Any Ideas?

IMO neither black nor cream coloured windows are very good. You can't really see out of either. I'd prefer clear windows with cream frames.
