Have you thought about woodgrain effect PVC windows?Basically I dont want to end up with cheap looking white windows but don't want to pay a fortune for timber ones, any suggestions?
Have you thought about woodgrain effect PVC windows?
Most PVC window suppliers will have them - they usually work out about 20 - 25% dearer than the standard white PVCDo you know anyone that does them - website/prices etc?
Need to get up close to knoww they were pvc
A wipe with a damp cloth would equate as maintenance free (almost) to meuPVC is not a maintenance-free material, despite what you may have heard.
Thats what this and most threads are about - opinions. To quote the OP "Basically I dont want to end up with cheap looking white windows".I think those brown wood effect PVC windows look terrible and really spoil the look of the house. The white looks OK. Any house with that colour window would put me off buying because you can tell it's not wood.

The windows on this house and the entire estate are woodgrain uPVC and I personally think they look great!
