If i decide to rent out I know EBS will put me on buy to let rate but would which is 4.83% but would i have to pay a breakage fee? Thanks

M marksa Registered User Messages 361 11 Feb 2012 #2 if it is a new credit agreement, then most likely you will have to pay a break fee/cost... it would be a new credit agreement in my opinion as it is now a different credit risk - it is no longer a ppr
