be accepted as the last will and testament if current will is deemed to be invalid?
The deceased made a will years ago, but made another will in the last six months but it now seems that this will is invalid, i am wondering if this will was contested and was deemed invalid, does a judge decide the validity or not and if invalid, does the judge automatically deem the first will as being his last will then?
 
There is a question about whether the deceased was fit enough to make the will when he was very ill at the time, would appreciate any comments.
 
Just to let everyone know that the representatives got legal advice today and that they have decided to take the legal advice.
