I'm aware that if an employer has an Occupational Pension Scheme they can opt out of the AE scheme. I think it would have to be that the Occupational Pension Scheme contributions are the same or greater than the AE contribution rates and everyone must be eligible.
Would a PRSA scheme with employer contributions and similar conditions also enable an employer to opt out of the AE scheme?
