Will a PRSA scheme with employer contributions allow an employer to opt out of the AE scheme?

I'm aware that if an employer has an Occupational Pension Scheme they can opt out of the AE scheme. I think it would have to be that the Occupational Pension Scheme contributions are the same or greater than the AE contribution rates and everyone must be eligible.

Would a PRSA scheme with employer contributions and similar conditions also enable an employer to opt out of the AE scheme?
 
The Employer cannot opt out, but employees on the employer's scheme will not be automatically be opted in.

Okay, thanks. So a PRSA scheme qualifies as an "employer's scheme" for this purpose? I've known other scenarios where a PRSA is treated differently to an Occupational Pension Scheme.
