W Willy Fogg Registered User Messages 186 8 May 2012 #3 Sometimes it can be down to something as stupid as a typo, or things not being connected up i.e. you have one loan with BOI John A Smith and your other accounts are named John Smith. Address mismatches etc can also happen in a similar fashion
