If this is the level of analysis used by the professionals perhaps stock picking may well present opportunities for a home based investor.

Or maybe its just the IT's requirement to provide employment to a certain number of incompetents.

Very good point.

The market seemed to agree with RTE and knocked 4% off the share price.
