Why close the posts

I posted here yesterday and post was closed.

my question is i did a few searchs for my query. after going through numerous of results I found no such feedback or opinions on the forum. so therefore thoughi might ask the group for feedback.

today i went to see if any feedback or opinions was given from fellow members and post was closed. I am none the wiser why the post was closed i posted in wrong section what is the correct section???. i also noticed a number of others are closed for same answer.

so just putting it out there how is there a number of us missing where to post and maybe instead of the general note maybe admin might post it in relevant section or state where it should be. as i do not see any point in using the forum if admin is closing them after one post it makes a mockery of the forum!!!!

and this one will be closed too by the Mods ... as you've put it into 'Homes and Gardens'

The forum rules are fairly clear and as pointed out the forum is quite strongly moderated. It keeps the forum on track/topic.
