Hi... I put this question on another post related to Dundrum Gym as well, so I apologize for the dbl posting. I joined the gym and paid-in-full upfront, and they decided to close about 2 1/2 weeks later. You had an option to pick up a check for a refund, but I was out of the country, so I requested that it be posted. When I returned, I hadn't received it. I called the gym 4 times over the next 2 weeks (dec 1. - dec. 14) and they kept assuring me it's in the mail. I went to the US for the hols and am now back and still haven't rec'd anything. There's no answer on the phone now. I'm not sure who to take this to .. perhaps there is a business association or something? It's almost E500 that I am due. Any advice?
