1. How many weeks maternity leave are women entitled to by law ?

2. Who pays for the maternity leave (is any of the cost borne by the employer) ?

3. Are women entitled to full pay while on maternity leave by law ?

4. Are women in the private sector always treated the same as women in the public sector regarding pay while on maternity leave.

5. In the private sector, if the employer can't afford to pay the cost of the maternity leave, what happens. Is it a legal requirement for them to pay some or all the cost.
