Whitechurch Cork

looking for a site around 2 acres - hoping to split it with another couple ( one of the other couple is a relation ) and build on it. prehaps may have enough in 1.5 acres.


anyone done this before ???

I suspect that you would have serious problems getting permission in Whitechurch. There is a growing village there now and if you're planning on building outside of this, then make sure you do NOT buy the property without permission - buy subject to getting permission only.

well the plan is to build outside the green belt area of whitechurch. Planning i know is going to be fun but i do have a couple of connections.

Problem is one farmer in the area got silly money for a site and now all the others think that's par for the course
