which tax office must i go to?paye issue

basically i overpaid tax in 2007. i earned the money in 2006 but didnt recieve it until 2007 and got taed on it whereas had i of got the money in 2006 i wouldnt of had to pay tax as i had lots of tax credits. anyway my employer has given me a certificate to say that i am owed money. i lived in dublin at the time but now live in meath, will either tax office sort this for me or will i have to go specificaly to one or the other. thanks

Contact your PPS number here [broken link removed] this will bring up the contact details of your current tax office. It should be this office that will be able to help - I think.
