Who is the best value for money/service to provide internet connection for a home user in Dublin on a 56k dial up modem

Not sure if the elive non subscription 1891 reduced rate internet numbers mentioned ]here still work? I suspect not but you could try them. You may also need the configuration details mentioned [broken link removed].
