Wheres best to get investment mortgage in Portugal?

Hi,

Im looking for a 70% mortgage in Portugal to buy an investment property there.Who has the best rates? Do they track the ECB?

Barclays as a bank seem popular but should I consider
some other more competitive institutions?

All feedback greatly appreciated.
