What do you mean? That PayPal didn't process your complaint or that they did not find in your favour? I used the PayPal complaints process once to claim against a vendor when the goods never turned up and PayPal processed the claim within their stated timescale, found in my favour and refunded the money.and initiated a complaint through PayPal which didn't get me anywhere.

Yes, I did. I sell my old software for that kind of price. Besides, this CD contained an eBook and self-testing application which wouldn't have made it so expensive in the first place.Did you really think you were getting legal software for a tenner?

Were PayPal guaranteeing that you would be refunded both the purchase price and any incidental return charges by the retailer or PayPal themselves?
