Where to learn Chinese?

hi all,

just wondered if anyone know if there was anywhere in Dublin or homestudy where you can learn chinese? Initially, I would like to be able to understand some basic phrases but would like to be able to learn further terms and at some stage be able to hold a conversation.

I believe the Sandford Language Institute do courses in Chinese, but beyond that I have no information.
