Where to invest?

After a good year at work, my employer is putting a nice bit of money into my pension (10k), with 1k a month on top. We are with friends first where my pension is currently split between irish equiteis fund(boo hoo!), european equities fund(not bad) and UK property fund (not great).

So I have to decide where to distribute the monies going forward. I am only 32 so have an open attitude to the riskier side of things,..i was thinking something like the magnet fund,....

Any pointers would be very welcome.
