where to invest €115k

Hi. I need some advice. I have approx €115k to invest. I've seen an advertisement in the Sunday Buss post for a managed property investment with MPS Glogal. They guarantee 45% return on investment over a 3 year term. Minimum investment is over 3 years. It sounds really good to me. Does anybody know anything about it or has anyone got any better advice.
 
If you mean MPS Global, their website suggests they're not established very long. I'd be looking for a little more, ehm, detail on those guarantees.

You wouldn't by any chance have any connection to the company, dub1?

No I'm not affilliated to any company. Surely if something is guaranteed then wheres the risk or am I completely naieve
 
Perhaps part of the risk lies in the fact that property investments are not regulated in Ireland and some less scrupulous sellers of such investments may make claims about guaranteed returns which are not in fact reliable?
 
Impossible to say without more background info. All I can suggest is that you read the key posts, other threads on similar topics, AAM and IFSRA guides to savings & investments and consider getting independent, professional advice if necessary.

I could do with an extension, vegetable garden, paths around house and a run for our dog. And if possible a natural/eco friendly pond.

Assuming the guarantee holds, you would get a return of 51,750 in three years time, but does it say your capital is guaranteed? If there's no capital guarantee..........
