Where to get advice on starting a business

I have an idea for a business which I really want to get off the ground. I'm a bit stumped about where to go for advice on how to go about it. Would anyone have any ideas?

I heard that a while ago Ben Dunne was holding a meeting where you could go and talk to him about ideas etc. Does anyone have details of this and if it's happening again?
