Where to complain/warn about dangerous products ?

Does anyone know where to complain about a product on retail sale which I believe has a dangerous flaw involving gas leaks ? This is not using mains gas, so I presume that Bord Gais is not the correct point of contact.

Health & Safety Authority maybe, or is this type of thing in their scope ?

Try contacting Bord Gais anyway, they might be able to refer you to the correct agency.
