Where to buy canvases?

Anyone know where one can buy canvases to do their own paintings? Have searched lots of places to no avail. Any ideas?
 
Art and Hobby shops all have various sizes of canvas. For the more serious artist Kennedys in Harcourt St sell canvas which you can stretch or attach to your own frame. Nimble Fingers in Stillorgan also have a good artist material section and offer 10% discount for regular shoppers.
 
'Fraid we're not all from Dublin!

Tried the local Hobby shop but they don't do them. Get your head around that :)

That is quite strange. Any other local hobby/art shops in the local area? If not you may have to travel to the closest large town (most will have art suppliers who'll carry canvas frames).
 
Hurray, found them! I rang Woodies and they don't have them but my brother just found them in a local book shop.

Try B&Q , you may laugh but a friend recently started an art course and the course tutor told all to go to B&Q.

No B&Q near me but I have found them anyway. Thanks for all the help. For anyone else that's interested, they have them in Michael Guineys too.
