Every two weeks my employer pays me with an electronic transfer on a Thursday, it immediately goes out of their account but does not appear in my account until Wednesady next week, even longer if it is a bank holiday week end. How can the clearing banks take so long? If the bank is doing this with every one's wages, they are making a massive amount of interest.
