Where do you check out about roadworks-Kilbeggan road to Mullingar

Can anyone tell me where do you check out roadworks and how long they will be in place. I have tried the AA website to no avail.

I need to specifically find out about the Kilbeggan road to Mullingar (by the racecourse). The road is completely blocked off and the diversion signs are terrible even for one used to the area.

Found this on www.aaroadwatch.ie/traffic - is this what you needed?

"Westmeath - The road between Kilbeggan and Dalystown is closed from 4am until 10pm until Wed 30th May

Found that as well but it's not where the roadworks that are affecting me are.
 
Maybe contact the County Council? I had a look at the Westmeath Co Co site, but didn't find anything about these specific roadworks.
 
Funny enouigh I traveled that road, very week actually, even when the signs were up and there was no problem. I think this was a cute way of getting the large bulk of traffic off the road which abviously makes it easier to work
