What has age got to do with it ?
Why did you you take him on as an apprentice then as I am sure you were aware of his age when you employed himThe needs of a young person living at home, are not the same as an adult with a mortgage, family, etc...

Then I wonder, why would you leave your job and become an apprentice when you CLEARLY don't have the interest for the trade? I don't know!
