Where best to bank

I have an account with BOI but I am being charged all the fees. I also have a savings account with Rabodirect and the credit union. Where would the best place to bank at the moment. I have direct debits from my account in BOI at the moment. Can a person keep changing banks or are you limited with a space of so many years?
 
Have you checked out the many discussions of where best to bank/where to get free banking in this forum? You should be able to find them by browsing and searching the forum.
 
Not sure if you know but you can change to a flat rate on fees with BOI. I think its €11.40 per quarter.
 
Several banks offer accounts free of charges - seek/check out the threads to which I referred above.
 
I am with AIb and have about 5 accounts, I just told them that i would not pay any charges and since the start of the year I have received no account charges,

How did you get away with just telling aib that you dont want to be charged?
