When will ROS start to accept 2010 income tax returns?

I invested in a s481 film relief scheme last year but it was too late in the year to be issued a revised tax cert, so i didnt get a tax refund from my employer.
Additionally i jointly own an apartment with my brother which we have rented so we are registered for income tax and have our accountant file returns for us on ROS.
So, what im wondering is, what will ros start to accept 2010 tax returns, as i would like to get my tax refund re the s481 asap
