I would like to sell my apartment. I don't have to sell for any reason, but I'm wondering due to the uncertainty with Covid if I should wait until Spring next year, or if I should just go ahead and sell now, it would suit me to sell now since I have made up my mind to sell, but I don't want to lose money because of uncertain times when I could just as easily wait. What do you think?
