Wife was made unemployed in June 2021
Was on jobseekers for 22 weeks,
Got a job end of November 2021
Closed her DSP payment
Paid fornightly,
Got 1 payment in December for 2 weeks

Srcoo and credits were reduced by annualised amount of DSP which is fine

Tax return done in 2022 for 2021 and the DSP income was included in total 2021 income when calculating total v reliefs
That is done and refund was due

Now in 2022 , her srcop and credits are still reduced by the annualised amount

At what point do the credits , srcop revert back to standard? Should it be closed already because it was fully included in the 2021 tax return ,

Why the annualised amount?

That seems odd to me. I would have expected them to reset to the norm for an employed PAYE (I presume?) individual.

She should message them through myAccount to ask about this.

DSP should have notified revenue when the payments stopped and the SRCOP and credits should go back to normal then. A delay of a week or two wouldn't be unusual but months is excessive. Probably best to contact DSP to see if there's something wrong on their end.

Why the annualised amount?

The credits are put on a week 1 basis so reducing the yearly SRCOP and credits by the annualised amount means that the weekly amount is deducted each week.
